1. What makes Thunderbar® different from other protein bars?
Thunderbar® is made from 100% natural ingredients - egg whites, almonds, cashews, and dates - with no additives, fillers, or preservatives.
Each bar is handcrafted in small batches for maximum freshness and real, sustained energy.
2. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are freshly prepared and shipped once a week on Saturdays.
Any order placed during the week will be included in that Saturday’s dispatch.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
After Saturday dispatch:
- Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
Free delivery is available on orders over £45.
4. Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
International shipping will be available in the near future - subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
5. How should I store my Thunderbar®'s?
Keep your Thunderbars in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
They can also be stored in the fridge for an extra-firm texture and extended freshness.
6. Are Thunderbar®'s suitable for vegetarians?
Yes - Thunderbars contain no meat, dairy, or artificial ingredients.
However, they do include egg whites, so they are not vegan.
7. Do Thunderbars contain any allergens?
Yes. Thunderbars contain nuts (almonds, cashews) and egg whites.
They are made in a facility that handles other nuts.
Always check the packaging for full allergen details before consuming.
8. What is the shelf life of a Thunderbar?
Each bar has a recommended best-before date of 6 weeks from production.
Since we make them fresh every week, you’ll always receive the newest batch.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the bars are largely intact and the packaging hasn’t been damaged or opened.

10. My order arrived damaged - what should I do?
Please contact us at sales@thunderfoods.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.
11. How much protein is in each bar?
Each Thunderbar® contains 22g of high-quality protein from natural egg whites - no powders or artificial protein sources.
12. Do you offer wholesale or stockist opportunities?
Yes. We supply gyms, cafés, and retail outlets across the UK.
