Returns and Refund Policy

General Policy

At Thunderfoods, we take great pride in producing high-quality, natural protein bars. Each batch is made fresh every Friday and Saturday to ensure the best taste and quality.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to review your request for a return or refund under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product remains largely intact and uneaten.

  • The packaging has not been significantly damaged or tampered with.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is available.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns if the majority of the bars have been consumed, or if the packaging has been opened in a way that compromises hygiene.

If your return request is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@thunderfoods.co.uk.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your order (in accordance with the above conditions) and place a new order through our website.
