Order Processing
All Thunderfoods bars are handmade in small batches every Friday and Saturday to ensure freshness and quality.
Orders can be placed at any time during the week; however, all orders are prepared, packaged, and dispatched once per week on Saturday.
If your order is placed after Friday 12:00 PM, it will be included in the following week’s dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Thunderfoods currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–4 business days after Saturday dispatch – £3.49
Express Delivery: Estimated 1–2 business days after Saturday dispatch – £5.99
Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £45
Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Thunderfoods cannot accept responsibility for delayed or lost deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at sales@thunderfoods.co.uk
within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for production or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us at sales@thunderfoods.co.uk
within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so our team can resolve it promptly.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be introduced in the future. To be notified when this becomes available, please sign up for our newsletter.
